  一个给生成加上边框的图标的工具..这功能和war3图标制作大师带的功能一样，推荐也是使用那个
   要Java1.4以上才能运行
和War3图标制作大师相比没有什么优势，麻烦很多
但是这东西可以在Linux或者Mac下运行...

一些说明：
wc3Borderizer creates default bordered icons for game wc3 from specified input files.
Input files are read from input directory.                              要加边框的图标放Input文件夹
Input files can be any GIF, PNG, JPEG images.                格式GIF，PNG，JPEG任意
Input files are automatically resized.                                    图片会被自动调整大小

Output files are .JPG files that will be created inside ReplacableTextures directory  
输出的JPG格式图标放在ReplacableTextures文件夹
If directory does not exist it will be created automatically.
如果这个文件夹不存在会自动创建
If BLPaletter.exe is found in the same directory as WC3C
如果带有BLPaletter的话
it will be automatically called to compress .JPG files into .BLP
会自动把输出的JPG图标转换成BLP格式

  

INSTALLATION
安装
Simply drop the files included in this archive in a folder
and it's ready to use.

Note that this tool is using border images from borders folder,
if you change those images program output will change.

大意就是随便解压到哪里就行了
最好不要随便动里面的东西，否则后果自负



Windows users:
Put the images you want to borderize inside "input" directory
click on the wc3Borderizer.bat
Windows用户
把图标丢到Input文件夹运行Wc3Borderizer.bat就行了

Mac and Linux users:
Mac和Linux下
Put the images you want to borderize inside "input" directory
click on the wc3Borderizer.sh
同样丢到Input文件夹下
运行wc3borderizer.sh

delete BLPaletter.exe // <---<< VERY IMPORTANT
必须要删掉BLPaletter.exe，因为那个是Windows下的
wc3Borderizer does not need BLPaletter.exe but will try to use it if it is there.
And if it tries that on non-windows system it will crash.
很抱歉没有带有BLPaletter的Mac或Linux版本
如果你没有删掉那个就在这两个系统下用的的话，程序就会挂掉

而且你得确定程序目录下的blpaletter删掉了
