请教，关于改模型/动作工具的一条龙方案?

关于War3模型导入的问题。
我们的目的是将War3的模型、技能特效等资源导入3dmax，然后再导出fbx格式（带动画），放到另外的游戏引擎里使用。
这一过程最关键的是模型或者特效能够在max里完全重现。


我们目前主要用了以下工具：
- War3ModelEditor 来浏览mpq/mdx文件，导出mdx和blp贴图。
- 3Dmax5, mdx importer 插件。
- mdvis 修改动作。


于是这个过程有以下问题：
1、网上下载的mdx模型往往有多张blp贴图，如何快速合并成一张？
2、光晕贴图，如何在3dmax里重现？就是一团红色的光那种。
3、动作必须一个一个地导入，有没有办法快速批量导入？
4、关于动作的修改，有没有快捷方便修改动作的流程？
我现在找到的办法是用mdvis改好再重新导入3dmax，有没有更好的办法？
5、关于技能特效，如何快速导入3dmax，然后在3dmmax里重现？


请问有更好的一条龙流程吗？
